Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Samia Auto. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of car auto spares and accessories from our shop located on New Kireita Company House, Ground Floor, Shop 1, Kirinyaga Road, Nairobi. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General Conditions

Working Hours: We are open from Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Inquiries made outside these hours will be handled the following business day.

2. Orders and Pricing

Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all descriptions and pricing. However, in the event of an error, Samia Auto reserves the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.
Order Cut-off: All orders must be finalized by 4:00 PM to begin processing the same day.
Shipping Charges: Flat rate of Ksh 500

3. Delivery Policy

Timeline: We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 business days.
Responsibility: While we ensure timely dispatch, Samia Auto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or extreme weather conditions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) allowed.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, the following applies:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Processing: Once the return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Samia Auto provides high-quality auto spares; however, we are not liable for:

Damages resulting from improper installation of parts by unqualified personnel.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from vehicle downtime.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
