Returns & Refunds Policy

At Samia Auto, we want to ensure you get the right parts for your vehicle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
You can choose the method that is most convenient for you:
Option A: Return in Store
Bring the item and your proof of purchase directly to our shop for an immediate inspection and processing.

Option B: Return via Email
If you cannot visit the shop, simply send us an email to begin the process.

Pack the item securely using the pre-paid label found in your package.

Drop it off at the designated courier point.
3. No Restocking Fees
We believe in fair service for our mechanics and car owners. Unlike many auto shops, Samia Auto does not charge a restocking fee. You will receive the full value of your returned item toward your refund or exchange, provided it meets the return conditions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your item at our Kirinyaga Road shop, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via M-Pesa/Bank Transfer as agreed).

Timeline: Refund processing takes approximately 15 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong spare part or accessory, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability. Please visit us at our Nairobi shop or contact us to arrange an exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

Electrical components that have been installed or plugged in.

Custom-ordered parts specifically requested for your vehicle.

Items with visible signs of installation or “trial” wear.
