Thank you for choosing Samia Auto. We are committed to getting your car auto spares and accessories to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing and Cut-off Times

To ensure timely dispatch, we adhere to a strict daily processing schedule:

Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

We understand that getting your vehicle back on the road is a priority.

Handling time: 0-1 days.
Transit time: 1-2 days
Standard Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 days.

3. Shipping Charges

We do charge a flat rate for shipping.

4. Delivery Methods

In-Store Pickup: You are always welcome to collect your order directly from our shop on New Kireita Company House, Ground Floor, Shop 1, Kirinyaga Road, Nairobii, during our working hours (Mon-Sat / 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Courier Services: For doorstep deliveries, we partner with reliable couriers (G4S and Wells Fargo) to ensure your spare parts arrive safely.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via phone (0718000051) or email (samiaautoshop@gmail.com) with the relevant tracking details or the contact information of the delivery agent.

6. Delivery Issues

Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged during transit, contact us immediately.
Incorrect Address: Samia Auto is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.
